This helps ensure better results by making the process more structured, transparent, and easier to review before execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"private-vs-shared-ai-assist\">Private vs Shared AI Assist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You have two ways to utilize AI Assist in an Interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shared AI Assist<\/strong>: Is AI that is available to both you and the candidate. You&#8217;ll both be able to see the prompt history here and utilize all modes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Private AI Assist<\/strong>: Is an &#8220;Ask&#8221; only mode that assists you in the interview by analyzing candidate code, generating follow-up questions, and more.
