We&#8217;ll send you a notification and you&#8217;ll have the option to cancel auto-renewal before this happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><strong>\ud83e\udd14 What criteria does an Interview pad or Screen test need to meet to count against your quota?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An interview is counted when two people join a pad and write code. If you create a take-home test with an interview pad, it\u2019s counted when the candidate joins the pad and spends some time coding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;<strong>test<\/strong>&nbsp;is counted when a candidate starts the test.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"unused-pads-and-tests\">Unused pads and tests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"if-youre-on-an-invoice-billed-enterprise-plan\"><strong>If you&#8217;re on an invoice-billed <em>Enterprise <\/em>plan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Best practice<\/strong>: Delete unused pads as soon as you know they won&#8217;t be used \u2014 while they&#8217;re still in &#8220;Not Started&#8221; state. Do not end them first. Once a pad is ended, it cannot be recovered for quota credit \u2014 even if no one ever joined it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>We highly recommend enabling auto-end and auto-delete for your pads so they&#8217;re automatically cleaned up and you don&#8217;t have to worry about unused pads being accidentally started.<br><br>Pads or tests in the unused (<em>Not Started<\/em>) state that are deleted within 28 days from the date they were created are returned to your quota. Attempting to modify or<br>repurpose an unused pad or test within 28 days is the same as deleting and recreating it \u2014 with less hassle.<br><br>Pads or tests are NOT returned to your quota if they:<br><br>&#8211; Were created more than 28 days ago<br>&#8211; Are in the <em>In Progress<\/em> or <em>Ended <\/em>state<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f Important: A pad that is <em>Ended <\/em>\u2014 even if it was never started \u2014 is not eligible for quota recovery. Only pads in the &#8220;<em>Not Started<\/em> \/ Unused&#8221; state can be deleted for a refund.
